Lippy 0 Posted January 12, 2005 Hello My Corrado is due a service soonish, I have a relative who is a mechanic and have trusted him with my previous cars. How important would you say is getting a VAG specialist to service the Rado @ 92k? Shes got a FSH to date, is it important to keep that going for future resale value? I have looked over the documents on the site (kudos to all who inputted) but am still not sure what is the best thing to do! Cheers Lippy

Cheers Lippy I'd just keep a full record of all receipts and perhaps mileages of oil changes for a future purchaser, I don't personally think at this age of car FSH adds a great deal as individual car condition is far more important to me than a set of stamps. stevemac 0 Posted January 12, 2005 Stamped service book doesn't really make much difference IMO. What does make a difference is making sure that the correct jobs are done on each service.
