MikeVR6 0 Posted February 17, 2005 Spotted these while trawling through the Vortex classifieds section. Clicky Available in the following combinations of illumination and stitching... Red 5 spd Black/stitch for Corrado Blue 5 spd Black/stitch for Corrado Green 5 spd Black/stitch for Corrado Green 5 spd w/Red stitch for Corrado Red 5 spd w/Red stitch for Corrado With every shift knob you get a 2 (two) year warranty on electric parts and 1 (one) year on the rest. However, you can't abuse the knob and ask for a new one. The warranty on electric parts is obvious (if the bulb burns out within 2 years), and warranty on the rest is for things like the chrome ring around the boot or on the top getting loose. I've just ordered one. Came to £54 including shipping to the UK. Fitting instructions can be found here.. http://bolsen.homeip.net/knobinstall.html And here.. http://vwroadtrip.peterbeers.n...l.htm

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted February 17, 2005 Yeah looks good. I was trying to make my own illuminated knob but gave up. Is it a generic fitment then because there wasn't a car selection drop down? Black stitching with green light for me.... :D

146 Jockey 0 Posted March 1, 2005 Does it fit any corrado?. Mine was a 1991 16v.
MikeVR6 0 Posted March 1, 2005 Yeah it should fit any Corrado as the gearknobs are standard across the range. Henny Did you deliberately get one with red illumination? They do them with green too.
