Remove the tensioner that’s connected to the alternator

Remove the 4 allen bolts on the pulley side of the charger/bracket

Remove the bracket on the right side of the charger (3 allens I think)

Remove the oil feed line and the oil return line

It will pop right out.

It helps to take the headlight out to gain better access to the oil line at the bottom of the charger. Also take the air filter box out for access to the 4 bolts on the pulley side.

Compressing the tensioner can be done by brute force (pushing down on it) or using a screw-type clamp.

I just hope all your bolts come out nice and smoothly, as when I took my Rado down to Darren, 2 on the airfilter box side didn't and took 2 hours just to remove 2 bolts !!

Well i got it out only took 4 hours mainly because most of the 6mm allen bolts refused to budge  and we had to saw off the re circ pipe

But it is now on its way to gwerks for a new lease of life.

while its off is there anythin else that i should do?????
