Al_2.0l_16v 0 Posted August 8, 2005 Quick question, My exhaust has begun to making popping noises when the engine is decelerating, why do you think it does it? And what can fix it? Kevin Bacon 5 Posted August 9, 2005 Valvers shouldn't as they have an over-run shut off valve on the metering head which yanks the flap down under vacuum conditions. VRs...well....most I've heard pop but strictly speaking they shouldn't, but most people don't mind it. G60s, can't say I've noticed Supercharged's popping but I reckon some of em do being FI.....
