bix 0 Posted September 28, 2005 Golf g60 one is easy, rallye one is a bit harder to fit, this one looks like a normal golf g60 one http://cgi.ebay.de/Ladeluftkuehler-G60-Golf-2-Corrado-LLk-gross-Rally-Umbau_W0QQitemZ8002227393QQcategoryZ61230QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem of course you'll need the pipework and u-bend too! Henny 0 Posted September 28, 2005 bix, that one's got a BIG bit cut out of the top... :| I'd agree though that the Golf one is VERY good and pretty easy to fit too... 8)
marcus 0 Posted September 28, 2005 Has anyone looked into if its worth buying a pro alloy or any aftermarket FMI?????? i'm in the process of getting a FMI too, so after as many opinions as pos.
Shilakadaddy 0 Posted September 28, 2005 Andy D bought one: http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25071 He seems to rate it. Unfortunately I don't think anyone has ever done any actual tests to measure temperature drop etc. using different coolers. Anythings gonna be better than standard though, and in comparison to getting a custom cooler with pipework made up, the Pro Alloy/Jabbasport intercooler's not bad for the money. Not sure how it compares to the Golf G60 option though
Rob_B 0 Posted September 28, 2005 i fitted a rallye intercooler and it made a nice improvement to the torque and power bit had to come by though and it was tight to fit!!!
