A20 LEE 0 Posted March 1, 2006 Cheers Lee - any idea how to change the bush? Looks like a push in friction fit. Imagine getting the old bush out it a sod tho'

Gazman 0 Posted March 1, 2006 Do you need to hand in the old bush as part of the exchange?

steveo29 0 Posted March 2, 2006 its a sod to get out ...i broke the old one up with a screwdriver ! some peopple claim if you get a close fitting drift and pack the bush with grease it will pop out when you bash the drift?? worth a try i guess or you can find a tap that threads into it with idea that you can yank it out
Gazman 0 Posted March 3, 2006 Changed my starter yesterday. Got the new bush with the starter (from GSF) but did'nt even try to get the old one out. Too likely that I would mess it up. Just hope the olds ones ok.
