My Rolling Road Session.......

Recommended Posts

Well, I finally took him for a rolling road session.....

195.6 bhp, 173.4 lbft

Not bad for a vr with 159,000 miles on it.

B D Engineering in sittingbourne.

I asked the guy about group sessions and he said for 10-15 cars it would be £25, less for more cars and needed 2 weeks notice and a deposit.

It took an hour from my place and thats with it pissing it down with rain and lots of spray on the road.

was a good morning, we're going to organise a group day later on in the summer. Purely power runs. Used the guy a few times in the past as he was the only one in the area that had a 4wd rolling road, weber dealer works on a lot of kit cars etc. Also into dubs which is an added bonus.

Nice one Nikki told you yours was quicker than mine, lol

Be interesting to see if it would be any higher on the stealth rollers. Seems to me they read higher than other ones.

it scrapes if she brakes hard enough, trust me...!

 I dont have to brake that hard for it to scrape.

You get to know how to go over humps with minimum scrapage but yeh, it does scrape over pretty much everything

Last night I was on the way home and I heard a god awful noise. I thought my tyre had punctured as per the previous night as when it punctured the splitter was sitting on the floor and scraping along the road. Anyway, I got out only to find a plastic flower tray caught under my splitter

I was relieved but that gives you the general ideal on how low it is
