For those that might be interested and dont venture on to dubforce i thought i would show you one of our proudest developments to date..

Full specs including Flow data available on our website also as im sure people would never by somthing like this without being able to see all the figures first. If you were to run this head on a std g60 expect to see your boost gauge reading @ 0bar ...

must flow very well to use all the boost thrown at it.

I JUST CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO DO?DO I SPEND 3K ON DOIN UP THE G60 OR SELL IT CHEAP AND BUY A NICE VR6?????

the option list i have is gettin longer,even tempted into gettin an m3 an gettin another rado later on,see what happens 1st maybe a cheap vr6 will come up before i start moddin the g who knows? :lol:

Ian is using 1 of the 2 origanial prototype big valve heads.

I sooooo want one of these on my car!

The recorded flow data looks blinkin' good.

 

Henny, how's the BVH changed the delivery of the engine in your car?

with the cam from Darren as well, and a full on remap by Chipwizards including setting the vernier pulley up, she's a monster! She was good before this head (had a normal valve sized ported/polished head from JMR/Racepower on before with custom ported and heat taped inlet) but she's even better now... 8)

 

There's more torque from lower down, and it just pulls strongly all the way upto about 4500 where she comes onto cam and takes off like a scalded cat upto 6500!

 

It was not cheap, but it's taken my engine pretty much as far as I can take it without changing the charger to something other than a G60 and as such is well worth it... 8) Oh, and the work is also verging on being art rather than engineering... it's a sight to behold in real life, the photos just don't do it justice... :notworthy:

I can vouch for Ian's car being bloody quick. I was almost on the phone to the G-man after going for a quick spin.

 

Definatly in my plans for the future. 8)

do you have specs etc for the big valve jobby darren?

 

checked the site and it says

you may also wish to consider our big valve version of this head.
at the bottom?
