fla 9 Posted March 14, 2008 may be a silly question, but why do i keep thinking the corrado has two rads? is that right? Yours has aircon (judging by the hoses in your top pic) so yes it has two rads, a smaller one (for the aircon) bolted to the larger one (engine cooling). aircon in the C is great isnt it (when the car is running not like mine :( )
Jim Bowen 1 Posted March 14, 2008 yeah it does have aircon, but i hardly ever used it, i prefer a window open normally
Roger Blassberg 0 Posted March 14, 2008 Best to turn it on about once a week to keep the seals from perishing. Best wishes RB
Jim Bowen 1 Posted March 14, 2008 really? might be a bit late for that, not been on for ages, was never really that good when i did try it
Goldie 2 Posted March 14, 2008 It should indeed, the refrigerant in the system lubricates the seals and prevents them from drying out/going brittle.. Sounds like it could need a regass.. One thing at a time though mate - cooling first..
Rick 0 Posted March 14, 2008 I use my aircon all the time, it's great for demisting windows as well as cooling.
