arb drop link for a vr6? (pic)

i wenty to get a arb drop link today for my vr6, he handed me one but the hole for the arb was about half a cm wide, it looked far to small?

 

and the one on ym car at the mo has a bolt going into the wishbone, the new one looked just like a ball joint with one bolt on the end of the thred, like a track rod end??

 

 

can anyone tell me how big the hole for the arb to go into should be?

The drop link screws into the end of the ARB and then bolts on to the wishbone.

As if by magic here is the new one i bought for my VR the other day (GSF). I presume the nylock nut gets discarded unless it fits the lower bolt.

Yup its exactly right!
