Welcome aboard chap :D

Sure you want fixed seats? Recliners would be better for your back on long journeys! What seats are they out of interest? They look nice and light!

Are you sticking the 16V back in?

cheers for the warm welcome.

i just didnt want audi 80 door handles, not my thing, like the corrado handles.. i have still got these doors for sale :camp:

yup, 16v/abf eaton is going back in :)

currently they arent fixed seats they just sit in the corrado subframe, but i'm properly gonna hard mount them.

Wowzer, looks like a fun build. Must have cost a few pennies!

Are you allowed to use a towing vehicle which is lighter than the car being towed? Nowt wrong with a 205 though, they're proper workhorses. :salute:

Build cost to date?

Glad to see you started a build thread on here, Ben! Seeing all the work so far in one long post is mint! Didn't realise you'd got all the subframe etc painted and ready to re-fit! What paint did you use? Hammerite?

Those rims look fookin sweet.....seats aren't bad either

:norty:

cheers mr.stu, :) er, i used engine enamel paint, dont rust, thick, perfect stuff. Would of get it powder coated, aint that fussed tho tbh.

Ahh you nutter! fair enough, build looks like it'll be a goodun.

Paint is better than powder on subframes etc as powdercoat will fracture if a stone hits it hard, whereas paint will just chop off and you can recoat.

paint ftw.

Superb! I'm always in awe of people who can "just" pull an engine out of a car and put it back in. That kind of stuff blows my mind!

Looking very nice fella! I wish I had the time and money to do this. And a second car to get me to work. And a trailer. And a garage to keep it in. And some decent tools. And the skills.

I'm not bitter me...

Good luck with it. Keep the pics coming!

I'm lucky enough to have a awesome bodyshop guy, who I have to thank, (Brad, or greased_up_deaf_guy on ed38) he owns http://smooth-customz.co.uk and is a total star :notworthy:

follwed your creation when you built it all up and then smashed the poor girl, :( glad you fitting that into the raddo as a few on here would like to know of any clearance issues with the tall block, and you will find the raddo will handle that extra power with ease

Lookin good dude

Are they new centre badges in the wheels, if so, do you know where they can be brought. Ive got the same wheels as those (good choice btw, they look stunning on a corrado's) and one of the badges has come off the centre cap, so need some new ones
