Toad 0 Posted July 18, 2008 Driveshafts, gear linkage, speedo cable, clutch cylinder-either cylinder from gearbox or solid line from cylinder. Driveshafts use a spline bit (I think you have bought one?) Couple of bolts for gear linkage, and electrical plug for speedo.
Rob_B 0 Posted July 24, 2008 its an m8 spline bit for the driveshafts if i recall. just remember t8o tap them in a bit as they will be full of crap and you really dont want to round them off! no other special tools required the worst part about removing the g60 is the exhaust, its a real biatch to remove. once you get that unbolted, the front end out, engine mounts undone, clutch slave disconnected, wiring removed, shifter cables disconnected then you can jack the engine and box up and pull out the front! its easy when you get into it. ive taken one out in 2 hours!
