AB 0 Posted October 19, 2008 must say i was worried but the nothelles were to skiny. the nothelles look better in pics than real life and the banded steels look better in real life than in the pics lol. whats next........ an exspensive christmas with the little one so not a lot. saying that i have replaced a fog light and fitted a rear bench with a hump so its a proper corrado again now lol
AB 0 Posted October 25, 2008 just done a down n dirty stencil on the steels but looks like the steels wont be round for long as these are on their way!!!
boost monkey 0 Posted October 25, 2008 i hate banded steels, but those look really REALLY good  this photo is easily the best corrado rear i've seen in a long time, good work

AB 0 Posted November 6, 2008 cheers mate lol, well adaptors are ordered just waiting for them to arrive, 2 new tyres have been ordered, was gonna use the 4 from the steels but they are different size fonts and backs so waiting for those to arrive as well. think the car will be on 4 axle stands for a few days as the steels need to be posted before the adaptors will arive so.......... yes while its in the air finally i will remove those side skirts, think some laquer will come off but as its on the sill there is a nice line to mask up on and relaquer, also a couple of little maintence jobs that dont cost anything but just have not got round to doing. so all in all its getting there slowly!! mic_VR 3 Posted November 14, 2008 Hmmm, loving the wheels..... but not keen on the stretch, but fair play for going for something different though.

MK1Campaign 0 Posted November 14, 2008 i really like the vette alloys, but sorry dont like sooo much stretch. and can you leave the word "stance" to the ed38 gimps  You read my mind then
coullstar 0 Posted November 14, 2008 Tyres are too small, doesnt look right and I'll echo the stretch comments. Apart from that there fine.
horney 0 Posted November 14, 2008 The rims look great but I agree the profile and stretch are just a bit to much, it looks like all the tyres are flat. But if you like it what else matters? It is after all your car. Will look much better without those side skirts  Nick
Philuk 0 Posted November 15, 2008 prefered the nothelles if im perfectly honest mate! still looks well tho :)
Jim 2 Posted November 15, 2008 I'm definately feeling the Corvette wheel idea but agree with a few others that the stretch and how far the wheels poke out of the arch doesn't quite work. That's just IMHO though.. I tend to have rather conservative tastes when it comes to modifying the Corrado! :)
