what is that litle thing with holes in it??

 

i just have a flat plate..... has my engine swallowed something up??

It's a wedge added to the butterfly, it adds a slight restriction to the butterfly to make small throttle openings less jerky.

 

Mine didn't have it either.

Only on the g60s and the audi 6a throttles i think. i removed mine and it made it really jerky on/off throttle
