16v fuel injectors

I've taken my lower intake manifold off but can't suss out how to pull the fuel injectors out from their housing as i need them to go into the new manifold (unless its just brute force), i also need to remove one of the injector inserts (as the fourth on the new mani's insert has snapped) to put in the 50mm lower intake that i have waiting to go on so any help is appreciated (again).

get them warm and pull, it's just a rubber o ring sat in a groove holding them in place

old o rings get hard so a little force on the edge of the injector top (hex shaped bit) can help in lifting them out

inserts need a large hex key to remove

just gotta use brute force as they are held in with rubber rings. I used molegrips and heat for the inserts, but you can use a large allen socket I believe
