16V Gaskets and O rings

Hello all,

 

I am in need of the front and side water flange O rings and a sump gasket for a 2.0L 16V.

 

Anyone got these or know a good supplier, I cant seem to get the right O-rings.

That's a good shout, I'm just not too sure how to measure them up as the original o ring has perished :(

I keep trying but they never seem to be able to find them for me. does anyone have the exploded diagram?? :)

Vagcat.com, you'll find the parts catalogue on there.

GSF should have them on the shelf, they usually come in the packet with the flanges too so you could check the size from there.

front is 027 121 139A KR/9A engines

end of head is N 902 954 01 (round seal) 29.2mm x 3mm KR/9A engines

Nice one - yeah best to get the VW seals really as they seem to hold themselves onto the plastic flanges so they don't come loose / distort when installing

Ha, Some people just shouldn't go near cars. I often find things that make my mind boggle. :S
