carrots 1 Posted December 5, 2013 hi ive got a gearbox for my 20v conversion.i thought when its out i should clean and paint it.i was going to try some wonder wheels to clean the crap off it because ive already got some.then i was going to paint it silver but not sure to spray it or brush paint.any thoughts
sexybourbon 0 Posted December 5, 2013 Wonder wheels wont shift that **** bud , try some stuff called gunk ! Spray it on leave it then use a wire wheel on a drill or a wire brush to get the **** off Id say a gloss brush on would last better than spray paint aswell
carrots 1 Posted December 5, 2013 yer ive used gunk and jizer in the past just thought could save a few quid as ive got wonder wheels.
MarkFoster 0 Posted December 5, 2013 If you can find someone with the kit, vapour blasting gearbox castings gives amazing results!

Roger Blassberg 0 Posted December 6, 2013 Take it to your local east european carwash and have them pressure jetwash it. You don't want dirty oily water all over your driveway or in the drains. RB
