Raj Singh 10 Posted April 11, 2014 Thanks guys for the hello's The car is in a bit of a sorry state nothing too major but the guy who owned it put it away in a garage about 3 years ago but he must of done it over winter so the salt has got to a few bits !! The body is in great nick but the front valance under the radiator has more holes in it than Swiss cheese, also the fuel accumulator is burst and the metering head and fuel pipes are a bit corroded  I have a budget to restore the car being a mechanic I won't have to shell out labour but I am realistic that these cars can be a pain to sort out due to VW discontinuing so many parts (muppets) Here is the pics and a pic of the bad bits sorry for the quality of the pics of the car as I was not pushing outside again took all my effort to push it in :bonk: I will also put some pics of my other cars http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/f6d4d8c4fac0c216b2ae32229f91fe3c_zps2f194420.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/9d282d8dd9d369d30a834489aedf7fd2_zps4dc22eee.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/4e69c5fbc214d77865d004e6a994f5e4_zps003a10cc.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/0089a1ec7b6d0b56d73ef80e7d3371bb_zpsed950f76.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/a5b2e66a2a5879483cb742e4f96cd24d_zpsf25b3567.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/e0146adc29d1e6e002fb2b516b13fc76_zpsdd4e3781.jpg The S2 http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/2006_0529sarahspics0034.jpg The T5 4motion http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/IMG_1176.jpg 80 Quattro http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/dscf0496.jpg Cheers Raj

Raj Singh 10 Posted April 12, 2014 Hi there guys and thanks for the hello's the car is needing a bit of work nothing major (well for me) being a mechanic I will save on all the labour costs, I have a budget for the car but am realistic of what you can get for these things because of lovely VW'S NLA program I am big of a vagnut sorry for the quality of the pics but it took all my effort to push it in on the ramp. The previous owner left it in his garage for 3years but the numpty put it it over the winter as the salt has gone mental on the external items like fuel lines etc etc the underneath of the car solid apart from the front valance area http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/f6d4d8c4fac0c216b2ae32229f91fe3c_zps2f194420.jpg[/img]"] http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/9d282d8dd9d369d30a834489aedf7fd2_zps4dc22eee.jpg[/img]"] http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/a5b2e66a2a5879483cb742e4f96cd24d_zpsf25b3567.jpg[/img]"] Here are the rotten bits fuel accumulator http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/4e69c5fbc214d77865d004e6a994f5e4_zps003a10cc.jpg[/img]"] Metering head and injector fuel pipes http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/0089a1ec7b6d0b56d73ef80e7d3371bb_zpsed950f76.jpg[/img]"] Front lower valance above cross member and behind Rad http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/e0146adc29d1e6e002fb2b516b13fc76_zpsdd4e3781.jpg[/img]"] And few of my other cars :thumbleft: T5 4motion http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/IMG_1176.jpg[/img]"] S2 http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h170/baltiboys2/2006_0529sarahspics0034.jpg[/img]"] Cheers Raj
