Hairyarse 10 Posted September 10, 2014 This one is fitted to mine, it looks like MK2 Golf to me. Is it? Does it matter?? lol I'm just curious really, there's no problems with it
dragon green 5 Posted September 10, 2014 Mk2 Golf I've had one on mine for years, more reliable then the Corrado ones as they don't illuminate.I cut the brown wire on mine so there's no chance of it burning out !
mic_VR 3 Posted September 10, 2014 More importantly.... what's the red switch do?
Hairyarse 10 Posted September 10, 2014 Ah ok thanks for that, I can sleep easy now! :) More importantly.... what's the red switch do? LOL - I wondered that too as the P/O didn't know. The answer is nothing!! It must have been an old cut-off or something, I've pulled it out the dash earlier today and there's three wires on the back that have been cut. I'll just pretend it's a NOS button in my childish dreams! :)
Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted September 10, 2014 Everytime you press that switch, a Corrado will break down somewhere. I used to have one of those! Luckily I replaced it with a nice blank!
seanl82 23 Posted September 10, 2014 You don't need a button for that to happen Sean!

Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted September 10, 2014 Pressing it won't kill your car, just a Corrado out there somewhere!
