dangeruss89 10 Posted October 1, 2014 Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could be of some assistance. I'm having some ABS issues with my 1994 VR6 and am looking to find a replacement hydraulic module so that I can get it though the MOT. They seem to be quite difficult to get hold of and I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction or let me know if I can use one from a Golf instead. Cheers
seanl82 23 Posted October 1, 2014 Different system on the Golf unfortunately. There are a few on ebay around the £50 mark, but probably find one cheaper here by asking in the wanted and breaking sections. There are a few companies who refurbish them too but not particularly cheap, although probably your best option in the long run.
dragon green 5 Posted October 1, 2014 The Vr ABS unit is different to the other Corrado's, so make sure you check part numbers first (easily seen )
Kaiser7 10 Posted October 8, 2014 You can get it repaired from BBA reman. I was quoted about £160 to get it fixed, with a two year guarantee. Here's the link: http://www.bba-reman.com/catalogue/Products.aspx?category=
