Ray1965 10 Posted June 1, 2015 Think i'll go with VW filter, as i need to go for the new sump washer and oil (synta 10/40w) . I take it there will be a new oil seal in for the filter housing supplied with the new filter? Note: I've looked in my tool kit and don't have a 36mm socket, has anyone used anything else like adjustable spanner to loosen the filter housing?
