Harrier 1 Posted January 5, 2016 Just got round to fitting my trims, easy enough, a bit of careful trimming here and there. I found dunking the old trim clips in a bowl of boiling water for a minute was enough to loosen the glue to remove them, I was concerned putting them in the oven would damage them. delfinis38 1 Posted January 5, 2016 looks good... did you cut / file quite a lot out of the front piece so it fits flush with the front end cap. not much you can do about the rear, it just sits proud of the end cap... I didn't like the oven idea... wanted to keep my old strips also so managed to cut end caps out with knife.... maybe I should of used hot water... good solution...
