Dazz_G60_Wales 0 Posted February 29, 2016 Hi Any members know of a business that restores these reflectors at a reasonable price. Any help will be great. Cheers
Mystic Rado 0 Posted February 29, 2016 I haven't used them, but these guys: http://www.dual-metallising.co.uk/gallery-reflectors/ seem to have the capability to do it. No idea if it would be viable for a small order though.
Jim 2 Posted February 29, 2016 Yep - posted the details of these guys in so many threads now, I've lost count - not sure if anyone has ever actually tried them out though! If you do, please let us know the prices and how you get on! :)

Dazz_G60_Wales 0 Posted February 29, 2016 Thanks for the info mystic Will give them a phone and get back to all. Dude I think doing it yourself seems to be a no no. It has to be high heat resistant paint and the only stuff that comes close is non reflective aluminium. I wonder if we get a group together they would take it on as a larger job ? Jim 2 Posted March 1, 2016 I think when he said he was looking at doing it himself, he meant he was thinking of getting the restoration done by those guys too... not trying a home refurbishment :) Certainly be interested to hear what the pricing is like, etc.

Sprinter53 11 Posted March 6, 2016 I think the reflectors LHD/RHD are not different. Only the glass panes are different.

tomi 10 Posted May 31, 2016 I think the reflectors LHD/RHD are not different. Only the glass panes are different. so you are wrong!!! LHD reflectors are different then RHD reflectors
Sprinter53 11 Posted May 31, 2016 How they are different?
Jim 2 Posted May 31, 2016 It was always my understanding that only the lenses were different.
tomi 10 Posted May 31, 2016 (edited) compare the back of the lhd and rhd reflectors , I mine the place where the h4 bulb is intaled and You will understand . LHD reflectors are designed togive more light pattern to the right side of the road ( because You drive the car on the right side of the road) RHD give more light tothe left side of the road If You mix them ( 4 example : lhd leflectors in the rhd headlight ) You will blind the drivrs of the other cars coming from the oposite side Edited May 31, 2016 by tomi
tomi 10 Posted May 31, 2016 It was always my understanding that only the lenses were different. no lenses and reflectors are differnt rhd parts no. starts with 536 , lhd with 535 I should hav the both types somewhere in my garage , so I might take some pics tomorow if I find them
