fla 9 Posted April 9, 2016 Anything suggested? Nothing too pricey though i know some of the detailing guys on other forums recommend some bizarrely expensive products! Just want a satin finish (not gloss or matt) but something without silicone. And not too strong smelling either. I had a look at this product: http://unipartautostore.com/dash-cleaner-sheen-5-litre-restores-satin-finish-to-cockpit-trim.html But 5 litres will last more than forever. Any recommendations from our in-house detailing experts?
GrahamU 6 Posted April 9, 2016 I did mine the other day with some old MER PVC and vinyl cleaner, it looked like a grey dash when I started and now looks black again but no glossy shine

skid 1 Posted April 11, 2016 A good tip before you apply anything new is to give it a good clean with some mild APC (All purpose cleaner)to remove all previous products as sometimes they dont mix well and you dont get the correct finish of the new product. Autosmart G101 is a good APC. You could buy cheap and get some from any supermarket.
