There is and i think vw heritage have them if not vw classic parts will

Yes it clips to the inner wing wheel arch.. Mines out at the moment I will look for a part number later if I remember.

I was ordering some parts som VW Classic and a belt cover popped up..

 

Didnt know if it was for a VR or something.

 

Going to buy that one and the covers under the lip later on... ;)

What clips are used to secure it?

From memory only a couple of self tapers and that rusty bent bit in the middle has something to do with it.

Uses 2 Speed nuts to secure it.
