I really don't understand why people seem to think the 1.8 and 2.0 Turbo VW engines are boring. I've had my TT for about 6 months now and I can say that my 265bhp/280ftlb 1.8 20v Turbo quattro keeps me entertained! :nuts: I also don't understand why people compare a new car with a second hand one. Every car is different and to compare a new rocco with a porka is just insane! They are built for different jobs! Personally, I'd love a new rocco. I'm actually looking at getting one in Viper green with a 1.4 TSi engine in it. I would also love a porka, but do I want a car which will ultimately cost me more to run? Not sure if I would, but there are plenty others who would. Different strokes for different blokes (and ladies).

No offence, but with the way certain people have behaved in the past, I am reluctant to give him my bank details. He also has my name and address. I know chances are nothing would be wrong but I am very sceptical these days. Besides, he apparently doesnt have internet access at the moment, for whatever reason, so I'm going to have to wait till he gets back online for whatever I want to happen.

They may me awesome but they're very big, very heavy and not actually very quick. My friend Eddie can tell you many stories about how he simply can't hang onto my Corrado travelling across Salisbury Plain, despite his 300ZX being modified to well over 400bhp. The 300ZX is just too big to pedal proper-quickly on anything other than a dual carriageway. Same for a Toyota Supra But it's not all about speed. If I wanted speed, I'd go buy a quick car, not a Corrado or a 300ZX....

I very nearly got me a Nissan 300ZX a while back. They are awesome cars.

I know your only joking, but having now owned both, I realise it's a personal thing. I don't want another VR6, can't wait to get another G60. The G was waaaaay more fun to drive than the VR and DID handle better. (Plus my VR was so good that if I got another, I know I'd be dissapointed!) Anyway, I digress. Look forward to reading this and deffo agree that the buying guide on here should be updated.

I hardly think anyones been flaming anyone! Again, I'm sure he is a nice bloke, but we all have lives and when you take money off people you have a responsibility to them. This should have been sorted a long time ago.

Be patient?! I've had no contact since the 13th, and prior to that it was 3 years ago. We all have "lives/jobs/families outside this forum", if you knew the shit I had to deal with the past 4 years.... I dont see how that is relevent anyway. The time I paid for this stuff, I was on incapacity benefit and getting just getting like £80 a fortnight. I'm sure he usually is and I'm sure he'll get back to me, but he took my money and didnt supply anything for it. I just want either the cash back or the goods. I dont think that's too much to ask. Been another week with no Contact Majik. At this point, I'd even take delivery of an updated Loom and not the money back! Just some comms to let me know something would be nice mate. Just say something and lets get this sorted and move on...

I'm looking at getting another G60 (from this post) and as is stated the MFA apparently doesn't work at all. I've tried some searching on here to find a solution, but unable to find anything as of yet. Can anyone let me know any common reason's for this and any likley fixes/costs to get that sorted?
