flashed by a dark coloured C on the A412(i think) between black cat roundabout and M1. Did wave back, but was sunny so not sure if you sawe me wave.

just spoke to a legal friend about this sort of thing. He said that if its a company car and no-one owns up to be the driver at the time of the offence, the Company Secretary takes the rap! How true this is, I dont know, but he's a good solicitor so Ive no reason to disbelieve him.

thnx, yeah I'll get some better full shot pics up when the cars been into the bodyshop. Goes in on the 21st and should only be about 3 or 4 days.

Well its been a while, but heres some pics of me FK smoked/red lights, smoked repeaters and FK coilovers on. Piccies arent great just yet, but shes going into the repair shop on the 21st (finally!!)

I know a lot of you guys say about replacing the top mounts when doing suspension, but has anyone got the part numbers? (for both front and rear) Many thanks.

Looking at the above suspension. Some sites describing it for "Corrado G60 (53i)" Anyone know wot the 53i means? Also, I assume the FK Highsport are a halfway decent set?

in my "VW Corrado 1991 Users Handbook" it states the following: G60: 0-100kph 8.3 Seconds. 1.8 16v: 0-100kph 9.1 Seconds. obviously 100kph is roughly 62mph. Hope this helps ;)

Are they as good as the Koni kit?

surely the ISV is controlled by the ECU?!? and an uprated ECU will bleed at much higher boost?! How come I can get up to 15psi otherwise?!?

If you could stretch it to £320 u can get the Koni Sports Suspension Kit. That is a decent kit for the money.

I wonder how we'd all react if he'd been in a Corrado......? ;) I do believe that 160 is rather excessive tho. Especially as he was learning the vehicle! Blimey, 160 and he doesnt even know how the cars going to react?!?!

ok, well while we wait for more details on the Audi brake option, has anyone else got any other suggestions for uprated disc's/pads? lets assume Im keeping standard front calipers, whats the best aftermarket disc's pads for the front? And what about the rear? I know people have suggested mk4 calipers, but ive only just put mk3 VR6 rear calipers on, so wots best for disc/pad replacement at the back?

Not yet m8, thats next month. Figured I be safe and do the brakes so i can stop first!! LOL :lol: This is more than I expected!! LOL! thanks guys. I fort someone was just gonna come back with "swap it for some tarox discs" or summit! OK, so the mk3 conversion is out of the window, being only 4 stud an' all..... The S2 conversion is interesting tho, u got any more details on how to do wot u've said about?
