Hey, any info on what this is would be very helpful. I have just taken the boot apart to try and get rid of a rattle... yes one rattle, and this falls out when the plastic backing is taken off? and now the spoiler has started squeaking when it goes up? It's spring loaded and looks as if something has snapped off the end (which I can't find)

Don't need any more doing to the exterior in my view, no invisible door handles/flashings wheel arches or halfords add ons, actually some of those "screw in anywere foglights" might do the trick. Just read an excellent post on how cool it was to drive with the foglights on, very amusing I thought! Anywhoo speak soon

I had a very comfortable 152 in my VR on the way to the NEC motor show with Biggerbigben down the M11. The car was on 15's and it hit the rev limiter so possibly could go a little faster with the 17's on.... not down hill either! Just after buying the car and don't really go over 80 any more with my Bell 550 bleeping at me... :oops:

Ah yes, thanks they do look good! Not sure if they are the saturns though as think they have a funny looking circular bit in the middle covering the bolts - (i think)

Henny, Couldn't find the C on autotrader online how much is it going for? there is quite a few to sift through.

which 16's are you thinking of? or think look good on a C. The Borb's on Henny's car and the OZ's that look a bit like the speedlines (name?) look smart i think. Would really like some 16 versions of the BBS solitudes from the storm if they exist

do you prefer the ride on the 15's also then?

which alloys are those on the blue Corrado mate? look's really nice! 15's or 16's? Wouldn't mind a mk2 16v Golf for everyday use. Was a spotless one at the last Motor show with the other golf's :shock:

thanks VR6, yours must handle like it's on rails! 60mm drop on the 15's! miss the handling of the 15's actually. Might go inbetween and bet some 16's. Not sure which ones though? Keep the RS's for shows maybe 8)

Does anyone know why my suspension might be making a creaking noise? Only the the front passenger side whilst driving slowly over bumpy roads. They are FK fully adjustables for a Corrado VR6. They have only done about 5k miles. covered the thing in WD40 and still doing it? any ideas would be excellent

Hi Niko I've nearly finished refurbing a set of RS's absolute mission, the center caps are proving very difficult. Was wondering if you had a spare set of them going? sent them off to spit n' polish in Kent (apparently very good) and they sent them back.... couldn't take off the black plastic part behind the aluminuim cover and god knows where you can buy them from for a sensible price
