Mine just got stuck and couldnt put into gear 1 - hazards on! Clutch down whacked it in other gears, Back to 1st nope! Then a few times in other gears and it was fine! :)

Ok Just driven C From cold to 90 oil - no blue smoke Oil level since oil change couple of 100miles back ... Though got stuck putting gear one in - hazard s on! How embarassing! :eek: 1st time for a long time since thats happened (but only gear one this time)

My car same on day of purchase. RAC said: 1. I was holding clutch too much during heavy traffic - let it cool down and it was fine 2. Clutch was sticking (1/3 down) after changing gear - change clutch slave cylinder still same - so just need to replace brake fluid Not sure if same problem, but your symtoms sounds familiar to mine that's all...

Cheers Sean Will monitor oil level It doesn't do it every time.. But then I don't look behind me every time This morning several times in traffic stop/go... But if set off gently I think its fine...a little gas and blue smoke everywhere....

Cheers Not sure - but I would call it blue smoke ... It did it before we clean the throttle body - back then we didn't notice any oil in the body I will check oil level then...

Er.. If loads of oil by throttle body then good? If some oil then bad?

Car still very smoky (big cloud of blue smoke when setting off at each stop)... Normal?

Detailing windows! BEFORE Wash glass Clay glass IPA Rain repellant all round (AngelWax H2GO) - one coat sides - 2 coats rear - 3 coats front RainX 2-1 (rubbish! So using it inside rather than outside!) AFTER (pics does no justice! :()

I have seen that polished surround in Dave's car :thumbleft::thumbleft::thumbleft: PIC deffo not do it justice! U should see the other polished bits in the engine bay too!

I am back from the South! Car re-booked into original garage that did the radiator. So can: 1. Secure radiator 2. Quick peek at horn Also got my 1st CCGB meet at Stanford on Sunday 3rd May :dance:

I have just joined CCGB in order to attend the up and coming CCGB Stanford meet on Sunday 3rd May. certainly will try to attend the national meet at RIAT in July :thumb right: Like to attend a few more, But cant and probably do not want to attend all - as childcare etc does limit my availability. What are your experience of all the other CCGB meets? Which ones are worth day out for individual or for a family? Which ones are our cars kept indoors / undercover? Which ones attract the most Corrados? Thanks all :)
