Battery clamp missing from my battery tray... Need some of these to hold/secure a stock air box? Cheers all :)

So we absolutely sure we need 4 wires connected for Lambda? Ok Plan: 1. Just drove C home - not stalled yet! :thumb right: :shades: - so leave as is for now 2. When stock airbox arrives - will fit that 3. If still no stall - i prefer to leave the lambda sensor alone. - what will be downside not reconnect all 4 wires? Again many many thanks to another forum member, Sanky For sacrificing 1/2 his lovely sunny warm Sunday to look after my car :) We did: 1. Clean ISV (again) 2. Clean throttle body Now will see how it goes ...

My RPM at 680 ok? ISV adaptation does not change on more gas - normal?

Do what? U mean reconnecg the cut wires? We dont know what they do? Might be cut for a reason? Even Sanky not confident reconnecting ...

Cheers Sean! Will leave ECU next time - no time! Sanky tidying all this excess battery cables (amps? Subs???) Am missing a battery clamp :( What is this?!!! Lambda sensor socket has 2 cut wires??? Lambda plug also 2 cut wires? This BLACK cable what is??? Is my lambda working then? Paid £100 and had it replaced already?!!!

At Sanky s Stalled on his drive - lol There s a pop when u rev it much (or drive fast) Sanky say maybe dumping too much fuel??? Is my car chipped???? How to find out??? Sanky: "your handle???? I ain touching that again!" :eek:

Cheers guys:) Took on bypass to warm up - stalled twice - yay! But got BEEP'd by Citreon behind for not moving onto round about :( 100 degrees oil temp normal ??? Car just stalled 3rd time. Restarted BLUE smoke ABS lights STAYS on whilst driving :eek: SECOND time this happened since last week. Last time i just restarted again and it was fine...blue smoke did continue to come out ... Just restarting now ...

D-Day -6 Deffo no stock airbox to test today... Will see what we can find out today. Today is the ONLY time I want my C to stall EVERYTIME! So we can rule out what we have done each time :) If it don't stall, it could be we fixed it or it could be it decided not to stall today :( Stock airbox confirmed despatched :) Still waiting for order on door handle bolts + foot depal rubbers ...

Hi Tom My 1994 VR6 rear calipers may be "still" seized :( Does your calipers : 1. Fit my car AND the existing pads/discs (226 discs i think)? 2. Does your calipers + carriers fit my existing 226? Sorry Did read your post - but wanted to be absolutely sure! As i just got new solid read discs and new rear pads... So its £40 for 2 rear calipers + pp?

D-Day -7 Going to Bristol for 2 weeks over Easter hols. Fingers crossed that my stalling is resolved by then... Sunday : With kind help from Sanky - Check ISV/Throttle Body/Electric contacts - Also Have spare ISV and a CDA to test + everyone s suggestions Next week: Stock air box coming ... Next week: Hopefully driver door handle bolt coming ...
