Got major engine probs with my V5 engined corrado and need vag com to test it. Is any one local to Banbury (oxfordshire) that wouldn't mind pluging it in to see the the error codes....please! Supposed to be driving it to Austria next week and fear its run lean for a while and started melting things inside!?? :cry: Give me a bell on 07815 178 240 if your able to help. Cheers, Doug

Right! never really written on this thing so bare with me i'm going to try and show a few pictures. Thanks for all your comments good and bad. As Ben and Jay have said the full build of the car upto now will be detailed on the Coupehaus website but heres a few teasers..... Oh and some people (trig) will be over the moon to see my new additions.....HEADRESTS!!! The fashonable item I was sporting on the RR day looked like it was pulled from a rabbit hutch because it was! well, as good as. Along with the front seats which are now in there. The seats I could refurbish but what can you do with those headrests? Ford drivers love them and a pair will sell for £50 on Ebay.....says it all really! :lol:

I bought the red stuff from a local motor factors. Whats wrong with that stuff then??? can that cause damage? Doug

Thanks for your reply, What i actually feel is when turning the wheel (in either direction) the steering turns easily the go hard for a little bit, then easy then hard, easy,hard etc etc. it looks to go hard at each 180degrees of turn. I also get a lot of audible squelching of fluid in the rack is this normal or could bust seals in the rack cause this? Cheers Doug

Hi, Can any one please detail the symptoms of a nakered power steering rack.... I suspect theres something wrong with mine but what am I looking/feeling for (Oooo errr) theres no leaks etc... Doug
