I think I'll give this a go. Wasn't over keen on using super glue due to the possibility of it bleeding through and ending up with white blobs everywhere. How far does it go as there isn't a huge amount to do?
-
Knowing my luck I'll end up getting the pegs stuck lol.
-
Cheers jim. I knew I had seen your pics with the pegs but just couldn't remember where. Did you have any issues with using normal super glue?
-
Hi all. Have just been lucky enough to buy a leather interior for the rado. My question is what glue is best to use to re attach the leather where it has come away on the door cards.
-
I think mine could be worth about £700 to the right person if you go buy what others go for. but it's original but I doubt I would sell it. Btw in talking about the number plate.
-
Give Adrian flux a try the manager of the classic insurance department has 2 corrados and went out of his way to get best deal for me.
-
Love green corrados best colour they did. What sort of plans you got? My number plate spells Lou. Is that the original plate. Good luck with it.

If your on a phone down load tapatalk then when you write a message you will have 4 icons at the bottom. One is a camera which let's you take the pic or you can click on the landscape icon and it should take you into your photos. Just tap photo to select. I have tried goldfingers way but never works for me. He does love to tell newbies how to do it though (no offence goldfinger just makes me chuckle)

You don't hang around do you. Are you doing any body mods or going standard. Good work will be keeping an eye on progress.

Cheers will do.

Flip a coin. It may sound strange but if you are disappointed by the out come then you will know where your heart lies.

When you planning on doing the seats would be interested to know how well it works. If you don't mind me asking how much was the kit and where did you buy it from?

So not updated for a while pretty much as I haven't done anything to write about unless you count re fitting the tow bar. Went to skeg vagas over the weekend. What a show loads of different vdubs and great weather what more could you ask for? 300 mile round trip with no new issues except the knocking from the rear where the top mount has gone is getting worse so that has bumped up to the top of the to do list. Hopefully if all goes well will have a leather interior to go in by the end of the month. what are the chances of pulling up for the show and shine for a red valver to pull up next to me. the other rados at the show and shine. the view from my wing mirror on the way home.
-
I take it your planning to keep the valver after all then? I don't put that much effort into cleaning the whole car. Top popping. Winner winner corrado dinner.

So what was the tune for lift off? Rain?

Hi all. Getting ready to refurb my forged alloys originally off a mk1 golf just wanted to know what laquer to use?
-
Jmc is selling his G60 might be worth a look if you haven't already.
-
What sort of budget you got in mind?
-
Got red stuff on the family car with ebc drilled and groved disks and they are a massive improvement on the standard brakes
-
That's the sort of luck I have.
-
It's gonna be the manifold or down pipe. Defo not head gasket as engine wouldn't run right. If the smell is worse when engine is hot is because the manifold is expanding from the heat so hole is getting bigger.

My G60 was done by jmr (John mitchel racing) he done a fair few other bits like recon and fit vr6 box and clutch I dint have the work done but previous owner did and he couldn't speak highly enough of him. It runs great for a 138k motor. It does depend on where you live or are you gonna strip them off the car and post them?
