Found this one, and I've used them twice now... Camskill based up in cumbria somewhere....telephone 01946-518202 I got Avon ZZ3 W-rated 205/40 R16 £60 inc VAT and delivery each, and they are bloody good tyres!

As above, its not advisable, but if you have a tri-mode amplifier (not as com now) it is possible, with the use of a low pass filter (simple inductor) for the sub and two high pass filters (capacitors) for the full range speakers. With the filters in place you shouldn't overload the amp too much as long as the choice of filters is correct.

No it didn't, it was I direct replacement for the manifold only, with a triangular flange (with three bolt holes) that would mount directly to the CAT.

Good skills Flusted, pretty damn good! Only thing I would mention is the lack of availability of the exhaust manifolds for post 93 16v's that need to retain the CAT, and that a 4-2-1 manifold wont fit, but that you can get your standard one flowed?

Coolio... 8) I'm getting the load proportioning valve changed at the same time, as it has seized for the fourth time, so that is why its £300+vat for mine, otherwise it would be a bit cheaper as mine is a four pot.....sorry for creating any confusion guys
