Sorry and No, we had no problems fitting our passat handles once we had adjusted the striker (we didnt use passat mechs).

The electric wires only do the automatic shut on the sunroof. The central locking is vacuum operated. Take the drivers side rear door card off and check the earth and the large relay behind that because that relay does windows and sunroof. As far as the central locking is concerned, check for any air leaks. Lock the car (with you inside it) and when you lock it listen for any air escaping (you will be able to hear it).

Did you want my flat ones with the logo on or the flat ones without the logo? Could probably get you a set. Work out to about £15 each i think.

I'd go for 195/45s if decided against 205s. toyo do these.

I rate the Avon ZZ3s highly. They do them in 205s.

it wont last if you spray it. it naturally saggs. we have a spare headlining in grey if you are interested and can help you fit it if need be. We also have a spare sunroof panel complete with headlining.

i found the toyos to be great. I had some sp9000s and they were crap. I also rate the avon zz3s highly but they can be hard to get hold of.

take the isv off and soak it in ipa from a chemist overnight

ive got 195/45s on my 7.5s. I also had 205/40s on them before and i like them bnoth. Just be careful which tyre you go for as it makes alot of difference.

here you go - 7.5s on the front and 9s on the rears ......... ( we have two 9s and one 7.5 for sale in 5 x 100 if anyone is interested)

mine sits in the passenger footwell or passenger seat. he is a long legged staff so quite big. The other one (the short legged staff) sits on the back seat but he is only ickle.

mine is on 160 something but no odd noises at speed or at any other time. still going very strong :)
