Its either a kink or a leak or the actuator is not moving freely.

theres two plugs, one red two pin on top of a black seven pin. The wires going into the two pin from left to right : - brown/green stripe - red/black stripe The wires going into the seven pin from left to right: - Green/Grey stripe Blue/white stripe brown/white stripe blue/yellow stripe red/yellow tripe black/brown stripe If you need the loom you need to tell us soon as the car is getting scrapped in the next couple of days.

we can get the loom for that switch if u need it just tell us how far back u need it cut to. Will pop out in a minute and see what colour the wires are for you too.

Theres some sort of speed regulator for the spoiler but cant think where it is at the moment.

have u checked the fuse in the rectangluar box thing under the bonnet? (is it a vr?)

Are the rivets still there? Take the door card off and make sure nothing is getting caught.

i am pinless. I prefer having the rubber bungs in there.

Think you have to take the fuse box cover/shelf off then i think it just unplugs. Its located just where the spoiler switch is but behind the dash. As for testing it, I dont know apart from getting/borrowing one that you know works and plugging it in and giving it a go.

check that all the rivets are still there too.
