Hello everyone. Just want to get some opinions on this......i'm quite satisfied with the way my car handles (i've had 3 16v golfs, this is my first C and def prefer it), i usually like to keep things standard, as mine is, but the more i visit this forum and see other C's i'm getting ever more tempted to put some 16 or 17 inch BBS RS's on because they look sooo good!!(being simular to my stock G60 BBS but filling the arches) OSV's is a good example :) .However, i keep reading that the handling suffers from this mod, which is the last thing i want. Bearing in mind that i would change the suspension aswell, just how much and what are the effects on the handling???

I put about 30 -40 miles on mine every day, love to drive it, hate to look at the milage creeping up!! I'll hit 49k by the end of this week! Ouch! Will hurt even more when it hits 50. Still, the C is there to be enjoyed!!

Yep sounds good to me aswell, and theres my mate starky (keystar G60) who'll be into it. There are loads of rado's about!!!

Probably, about 11am? on the A12/A14, I was on way to Stowmarket and as I got there I saw a Nugget Yellow 16v Not sure, saw a blue G60 around Kesgrave kitchen around that time. looked like it had been lowered a little and not sure if they were standard wheels?? Mmmmm

Got quoted £186 for 15 inch GSD3's from local tyre dealer who claimed he would undercut any quote i got Beleive me i phoned eveywhere and they ARE available for 15's Kwik Fit quoted me £190 fitted

Not sure what size your wheels are but sounds expensive for F1's I was ringing around for them at the weekend and got the price down to £186 for all 4 195 50 15's though, havn't got them yet but heard they're amazing......

Thats not fair!!! oh well stil very low miles though. the reason i may have to sell is because i'm planning on moving to australia, but really want to take it with me. anyone out there know about the costs and proodure of doing this?? could i have the lowesst milage G60 in the country? totally standard 92 model in black metallic with 46000 miles sadly i may have yo let it go :(
