I bought my self a set of coilovers last april, they got fitted and the car was off the road till september. spent all its time in the bodyshop till then. Now i have worked out how many miles the cars done on them which is less than 2k (miles) They have corroded and seized and i can't budge the height adjustment on them one bit. Now i know that its probably pointles trying but wanna give it ago as i payed enough money for them. If anyone can give me some pointers as to a good complaint email would be apprieated cheers chris Wanna sort out some new one out now, but i have liminted room to get to my top mounts. Recomandations accepted on new set, those who seen my car and know about my ice. need something with a good pound of spring on rear. MOst importantly something more relaible to seizing/corroding

I started driving when i was 21 had bikes before, went with a ford orion to start with. Was fine as a first car, cheap to run, insurance was a little steap cheap to repair. after a yr i wanted something a bit more, stand out a little and not everyone would have them. seen a few on the roads and fell in love with the style and the motion on the roads. Being as my age i had to look for a 1.8 16v. i wanted preferable Blue, service history and lowish miles, I looked at a couple of red ones and white ones as i just wanted a corrado, waited an extra week as i was getting impatient as to get one then it came up on auto trader H Reg Corrado Helious Blue Mettalic, 82k on clock, standard, FSH For £2850, I went and had a look, Got taken out in it was well impressed. No faults or anything i could see Left a deposit and picked it up a few days later, that was Feb 2002. The only thing i wish sometimes is i had gone for the G60 version to start with as i found that it wasn't much more to insure but other than that ain't looked back and haven't had any majour problems with her really in the 2 yrs of ownership. :D 8)
