u need a remote lead off the the head unit to the amp so when u switch the head unit on the amp switches on aswell and work the opposite way for switching off

i'm just starting to use psp, thought i would give it ago on the dials of andi's and if they didn't seem to difficult to do. i was going to use the template for the 1.8 which i got from your link cheers, still playing. but i know what your saying, more practice and they should be sweet hopefully

I had 7x17's with a et35 on my 1.8 16v think standard offset is et 35 the 18's that are being fitted at present 7x18 et 37/38

Big thanks to ANDI Been trying to create my own dials with his template, been trying to put my car in background. with some fine tutoring of paint shop pro my dials are coming on nicely cheers m8 Has anyone got the templates for the 1.8 16V ? (analoge) Got well underway on psp, and now want to sort it onto the exact dials if anyone can help

I had mine skimmed cos the gasket went, mine was only very slightly pitted

when the head goes 99% of the time u have to have the head skimmed so when its put back together it seals right. I think i'm right in saying this, someone please correct me if wrong

Folia tec do a remover, costs about a fiver

Don't know fully about prices but gas flowing and porting is the way to go on head inlet and outlet manifolds

The top half of mine were tinted and went throu the MOT fine, as long as there not to dark and a good amount of light passes throu it should be fine

I know Nigel, but at the time they were fitted i was going for the crystal style look all round, and they were the best avalible at the time.
