    so lets get this clear. i need either a 5w/40 fully synthy or a 10w/40 or 15w/40 semi?? is that correct??

    so a fully synth 10/40 fuchs. is it fuchs titan? will that bring down oil temps? ne idea where i can purchase a few litres?

    for my 94 100k vr6 what is the reccomended oil. quantrum silver semi 15-40 or a fully synth ( i have been told to use fuchs titan 5w-40) i am a little unsure as i don't want to fuchs (ahem) my engine if u know what i mean. i want to drop the oil out this weekend as my oil temps are at 120! don't know why. could this be down to the wrong type of oil, wrong viscosity for the mileage or the garage not changing the oil when i asked them??

    cool. does that explain the soft mushy pedal? when i do upgrade is it worth getting drilled discs? are zimmermans worth a go??

    cool i drove it from bucks to leeds last night and it was horrible braking from speed for the first time. might bleed them any way. what are the best pads to use if i do have to change them.

    just got my vr6 back after having the diff rebuilt. it has been stood for a couple of weeks and the brakes feel very grumbly. the pedal also feels very soft. could the box bein out have affected the hydraulics for the brakes?? when the pads are worn does the brake warning light come on or not? or shall i just bleed the brakes?? ne help much appreciated! :)

    buying new clutch pack afor 94 vr6 withh 100k. do i need the LUK pack or the other from gsf. both cost the same, whats the difference?

    my mate has just been offered 2500 for his 95 vr6 auto. now he is spittin bout this obviously. it had done 86k and was very straight and clean. it was standard apart from 17's and was a lovely car. how much should he be after. the garage it was recovered to stated it was in excellent cond and qorth£4150!

    need a new zorst as my original one is slightly perforated. might get a powerflow made up but any one got any other suggestions and approx prices?

    no that price was for a reapir to the casing and refit with newbearings and clutch all in not from vw

    i've been told it can be reapired? how much is a new box?? or well a replacment s/h?

    so thats a bit much?? its at a mechanic now that i know very welll and he said that 1200 was way too much but i am quite new to corrados so i wasn't sure. and he will do the work for cash. how much is a clutch . do i need a kit or just friction plate. can't see it listed in gsf cata logue but they do have one for a sharan vr6 at 79+vat

    noticed a huge patch of oil under my car the other day and it seems that all the gearbox oil has drained out of the gearbox. has ne one had any problems like this before. was diagnosed as a pin from the diff firing throgh the gearbox casing and the repair bill of 1200 quid, any ideas or experience of similar or common 'box problems would be greatly appreciated to get me back on the road as i miss my vr :( :( :( :( :cry: :cry: :cry:

    ?? right what do i need to do to check the lambda probe wiring?? the problems seem worse when the engine is cold?? its just irritating me at the moment.
