i think you got yourself one nice looking c there bro! it's shiny!
-
when i took mine for an mot the other week (a 94 VR6) it showed on the MOT computer as having no cat. so i guess i can sack the cat when it starts a blowin' any power gains by doing so?
-
be cafeful on the quality of the exhaust. the cheaper ones are literally half the price of the "OE" ones - and last half as long depending on how long you plan on keeping the car, buy what you can afford. as for fitting, you could do that yourself without much bother!
-
i dont know what a supermoto is.
-
until you get to a corner . . . and the tatty old black corrado wooshes off into the sunset ;)
-
:( i got my vr6 up to 28.7 the other day.

seems right. there are some instances where the very nature of the crash indicates who is at fault (like if you plunder into a parked car - its your fault) still, it'll be fixed and good as new in no time. try not to look at it . . .

damn the first incarnation of the "hedgehog has the pricks on the outside" gag i ever heard involved range rovers. did the guy stop?
-
black is best corrado colour IMO
-
thanks for the part no. my overseas chum will indeed be chuffed.
-
good looking out bro! i think that 'phrase is indeed holding down a job although i didnt know that before!
-
i dont like it. its too big and it would be hard for me to park. i'll have a nice vr6 corrado and keep the change. of which i am sure there would be quite a lot
-
what car is that?
-
corrado rickshaw? lol i am not much of a white car fan, but the corrado makes any colour look good. white golfs however look a bit manky.

so long as they are welded in good, there should be no problem. do it s l o w l y though - bit too much heat, and they'll warp. even a teeny bit will make the seats stiff to move. i am presuming the runners are individual. consider tacking a couple of strips of metal between them, so they are held the correct distance apart throughout the welding process. or even get just a bare seat base of the correct size (same as your tt seat base) and keeping that in the runners while you tack them in, making sure they are bob on.

you could get a 'car bra' . . . . lol @ mines like that. keep on top of the chips with a touch up pen in between resprays
-
sounds like you have a gem there mate, and welcome to the forum / world of corrado ownership. i too can vouch for jody and midlandvw. they really know their dubs, especially vr6's.

thanks chaps and keyhaywire you go through to the special round just say what you see

morning mangos! what's this part called i bought one for my car recently, from a ford garage. well a mate of mine who lives in the states, has a passat vr6 (the pic is of the part off his). VW say he cannot buy the part separately and has to buy the whole intake "boot" at a cost of 191 dollars!!!!! so the plan is i'll buy it here and post it to him. if i know the name of the part i can phone and get a price on it (and order it). when i bought the part for my car i eventually id'd it from a picture on the parts dept computer. cant really do that over the phone. this is what vw want to sell him -
-
i am gonna do mine asap a list of what to buy would be great!!!

try whipping out relay number 18 and see what it does then could be the relay is stuck on or something like that!
-
i changed this relay and all is a-ok now! in the end took relay number 17 out of a mk2 golf gti and replaced it for my 18. it is the same relay.
