My suspension seems a touch higher on the passenger side then the drivers, have other people compensated for the weight difference and had different heights on each suspension arm to get a balanced car? Are there any neagtives of doing this though?
-
Yes you can but the chances are slim compared to going to the actual applause store according to the person at the store.

Car not starting - maybe dodgy old immobiliser
Colley replied to corradostuff's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
I have a very similar problem in that i go for a short drive then get back in and try and start it up again, it turns over but doesnt fire. Do you think this could be the ignition switch or is the imobiliser? Its only every now and then this problem which confueses me!?! -
Cheers Fla! Is there anything that i will need to get someelse to do, with specalist tools for example? In no rush to get them done and what with the long evenings now i have time on my side

Hi guys Bought some alloys that are all pretty straight but would like to get them looking a bit more tidy. They are 2 pc alloys. The outer rim needs a real good polish and the centres have a few little dents in them. I wondered if anyone knew of any online resources showing you how to refurbish alloys your self? Thanks

I recently changed my fuel filter and its made a huge really noticable difference, no hesitation and the power is a lot smoother, highly recomend it for the small price it costs

I remember that being in Evo magazine last year some time, crazy car!

Might just be the suspension bedding in, give it a few weeks and it may be more settled?

Colley replied to H8RRA's topic in General Car Chat
I thought i went a long way to get mine but after reading the above its put it into perspective. I went from Orpington (SE london) to Leeds and back. Fun drive back home though so it was all good, dont thnk my dad enjoyed quite as much though -
My VR is in need of a service and the usual chap i use has been in a motor bike accident so cant do it at the moment. Therefore i am looking for places that will do it and do a good job. A friend of mine has recomended them but i just wondered if anyone on here had any experience of them? Thanks

I would def recomend Elite, they give you a pretty colourful print out! It took them quite a while to alter all my suspension so for the £50 you cant complain. They adjust Toe ,Camber and i think the castor though i may be wrong. -

Elite in Rainham do it and its quite reasonable, think it cost about £50 and that was with all the adjusments
