I whipped it out already  I was going to pop into b&Q on the way home, I was just being lazy seeing if anyone knew. Mine came out fine, they were rusty. I might just kurust them and put some white grease on them and put them back.

I dont believe so , nope

Does anyone know what the type (length, head type) etc these screws are? I want to replace mine with stainless ones and was thinking I could get them b&Q or something?
-
I have taken some pics, I just need to get them off the camera and onto the PC. At the moment its in the garage, I needed to replace the radiator but in true me style I decided to change soem other parts of the cooling system. I am just waiting on the last parts from VW and an oil cooler kit from g-werks! Apart from that, then the heater matrix/stereo/hooking up the heated seats its then off to the bodyshop to repair some little bits and a bit of paint to make it look like new(ish) again. When do you think yours will be finished (if it ever finishes!) I know what you mean about it being endless, but we keep coming back to VW!

Yeah I went back to the Corrado, got a VR6 brought from Gradeafailure. The car isnt finished yet, maybe for next month!

Son of a Beesting replied to Lanceevox's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
The picture you attached is for a CD changer/ariel. ISO is what you should have for the connections as DEC put in his post. -
Its a beautiful car mate, he lives locally to me. Great guy as well, if he aint got back to you there will be a genuinely good reason. Stick with it, the car is worth it!

Urgent Help needed! Colour Code for a Grey 91' G60?
Son of a Beesting replied to Jay2's topic in Exterior
Without being able to get at the car I dont think you can tell, unless you look at pictures to see which one looks like yours. There is also an orange sticker on the drivers side inner wong in the engine bay that should show it. -
Riley did a guide on this, search for painted and headlights. I did mine over xmas, VERY easy. Get Hammerite smooth paint.

Son of a Beesting replied to Son of a Beesting's topic in Suppliers Forum

How reliable, expensive?? I am pondering
Son of a Beesting replied to iow_corrado_g60's topic in General Car Chat
great cars, parts aint cheap though -
I have been looking at getting an oil cooler kit from stealth racing. But I thought I would have a look on g-werks site. They advertise a vr6 installation kit for £90. So that on top of a 13 row cooler which is only around £60 comes in cheaper than stealth. My question is has anyone installed one of these kits? Does it come with the same stuff as the stealth racing kit? Thanks

Agreed sounds different, be interested to see pics when its done!

Have you got the screen shot that shows the water transfer pipe as well? Thanks
-
Oh yeah i forgot. My year is a 1993 if that makes any difference?? Also if I got an oil cooler would I need a different type of water transfer pipe (or a crack pipe as I believe it is sometimes refered to). Thanks for that joebloggsVR69,
