I cant find it. I thought it was in the Cars forsale section  Nice car dude 8) Agreed 8) 8) I think it must be a hard colour to photograph as I cant see any real difference between the two  The metallic black does look a little bit lighter on some of the pics ive seen  Ive always liked your car Steve  One of my favourites :D

Is there two different types of black that VW used on the Corrado ?? I always thought there was just one L041 (Black 1988 till 1995) but I have also found this LA9V (Brilliant black 1991 till 1995) I assume that Brilliant black is metallic but I dont think Ive ever seen a C in that colour. Has anyone got one or a pic of one and how does it look ?? Which of the two blacks suits the Corrado best

today I have mostly been... dealing with that bl**dy idle
JBOB replied to White2505's topic in Engine Bay
If the lever wasn’t touching the switch then that is most likely going to be the problem. I had a faulty microswitch on my old golf and that had the same probs as your car. Just make sure that all the vac pipes are properly connected also :D -
For what car ?? This is the 16v ISV You can clean it by leaving it (off the car  ) in petrol for a few hours but ive been told that carb cleaner is to abrasive and can do more damage.

I dont buy Max Power  For many reasons   but does anyone on here buy it ?? If so can you tell me if there was a Gold Pug 306 in last or this months issue ? And do you have some pics of the car :D Reason I ask is that my car is booked in for bodywork and full respray next Monday and the bodyshop manager kept going on about this car because they did the work to it, so i just want to see how good it is and what made him so giddy   Thanks

I can get brand new handles that are for the Mk2 Golf for about £15 they look just the same as my orig handles but just wondered if they would fit before I buy them :D

Im looking for some new chrome interior handles and can only find late spec ones for the C. Does anyone know if the Mk2 Golf handles are the same as early Corrado ones as they look identical.
-
Do you have any pics of the fitted Gauges?

Thanks for the help mate things looks a bit clearer now  Any idea where I could get one of these as it seems to be the easier route

Re - 1.8 16v Ive got some Audi gauges that ive fitted to the dash and now i want to wire them in  Ive got the 5bar oil pressure sender but im told that I need a t piece to fit it. Sorry for the stupid question but is the t piece a part that screws into the top of the oil cooler in place of the orig sender and allows for two sender on the top of it. If so does this sound like the right bit (From big boys toys) Oil Pressure Sender 10mm x 1mm £9.95 T-Piece If not can someone point me in the right direction to get one :D Also  I want to keep the MFA oil temp reading but im not sure where to get a reading for the new temp gauge. Is there another sender somewhere or is this another t piece solution. Cheers J
