what do you think of fitting a nitrous oxide wet kit to a 1.8 16 v? will it damage the engine? is it reliable? and how true are the bhp claims? cheers pete
-
having heard porsche 944 injectors are a direct replacement for the standard 1.8 16v injectors will they give me any benefits or increase in performance over the original ones? my car is highly modified but i want to either change to twin carbs or throttle bodies but if i get an increase in power from the 944 injectors i might go down this road instead. what do you think?
-
why not save yourself the hassle and buy a 16v already modded? these can be bought for not much more than a standard 16v costs
-
how much are the porsche 944 injectors?
-
why not modify your vr6? supercharge it for 2 grand and blow them all away haha
-
most mods need to be done together to get the best out of them,polish/ported head and shrick cams could give u a 25bhp maybe more with your 50mm inlet manifold but cost u more than 800 quid

yeah we all hate the f**king things but we paid for them to be put there,we pay the fines then someone who you all admire burns them causing 50 grands worth of damage then we fork out another 50 grand to repair it ........errrrrrr....makes sense that ........not -
mine had same problem and was a pain but i inspected the pump in the boot and found the tubes/pipes were not in properly and so pushed them in with a pair of pliers and it has worked perfectly since which was 3 months or so ago

if you do the work yourself then it costs very little to service your corrado every 3000 miles

spotted a few corrados over in brighton today,i have never seen a left hand drive one before yet in the space of 5 minutes i saw 2!!!!! the first one was a red g60? with tinted windows and the second one was a black one with a dark haired guy driving it with a blonde lady where the steering wheel should have been haha.. then on our way back through hove/southwick along the seafront we saw a corrado in blue and we waved at eachother ......... friendly lots us corrado owners haha

best to stick to vw parts as these are cheap you need syntha silver semi synthetic oil and a vw oil filter. these are available for about £20 for both items or if you know someone who is in the vw parts club you can get both for about £8
-
yes you are right my mods do exaggerate the sound of the miltek but not by much i should think but there again you will no doubt one day modify yours a bit more ? its catching this modding disease haha
-
think jmr gets full miltek for £260 was it cheaper than that?
-
the miltek is much louder than standard and reminds of the impreza sound as it pops when you take your foot off the throttle, never quiet ask my neighbours haha
-
and whats their purpose?to f**k our cars up!!!!!!!!!
