    mine is a bb it is very slightly angled barely noticable, have a play riley i just rotated the boost hose so it was forced away from the fan then torqued it up again rather than moving the rsr.

    my current rado hits the limiter easily in 5th at about 140, my old one would do 155 just under the redline but i suspect that may have had a vr box in it as the rest of the transmision was vr spec.

    ok ill trust ya mate! i had a millenium it didnt look right without the cover as you have empty screw holes but i suppose you could fill them.

    brake/carb cleaner also try the old blue temp test (swap its plug to the black sender on the front of the block mine stalled when it went)
