:cry: i hate my new wheels... took a test drive with the gps yesterday, when the speedo said 70 gps was showing 66.8/67... thats not good.what more can i say.. apart from im going back to 15's soon.lmao

yep, ages to get over 80, minutes to cool again... i have to sit in the car for about 15 mins in the morning now waiting for it to wake up... then if i park up for a while its back to square one :(

it definately doesn't accelerate as well as it used to.. :( nm, im waiting for a big fat compo cheque from a work accident , so when (ill say if just incase) that comes through i may well take the C off the road and do all these things ive promised it, and that, could include some better wheels to keep the weight down. but hey, the new engine is most important :D

i knew that lol.. had 130 ish out of the C a few times before now, but after fitting 17's struggle to get over 120, was really worried lol but now it makes sense. time to get the gps out i think. :D

been having a slight prob from cold recently, idle is very low and takes ages to warm up. not knowing what it was, unplugged blue temp thingy and it made no difference.. so do i have to get this from vw?..how much will it be? cheers for any help, Andy.

lol baron, beat me to it. personally, i like them now, starting to think they look damn good. i really dont see how they could be 'chav', because i cant think of any cars that have angel eyes, standard, that a chav could afford.... (though they may have stolen a few) also i dont think they should be refered to as 'lexus lights'... because they're not! . to me, they just help bring the modded C' into the 21st century. which cant always be a bad thing.

according to my C handbook it has 139 bhp. dont know bout the golf but then, id be scared to put my c on a dyno, wouldnt of thought it would have that much bhp lol.

hi carpoid, .ye, i put the momos on her (why whats wrong with em lmao). was bog standard when i bought her. was aquired around six months ago, only had the wheels about a week.

so my 3 hours polishing paid off then lol, nice compliment :D The Hub, good idea for the handbrake mate, thanks, been looking for a decent one! and baron, very likely you saw her in bath about 6 months ago, spent alot of time with friends there when i first bought her. agree with you fully, leathers are lovely, grill is less than impressive lmao, and the wheels look much nicer on the car than in pics on there own.(though im sure many will disagree). cheers guys!.
