Why painters use HVLP is better gun finish, theres less pressure and more volume of paint on the panel, which makes less over spray. GTI are very good and very light, I have always gone for Satajet , its what you like using. If you do buy HVLP you will need a mini regulater at the gun.

HVLP is high volume low pressure guns, which most guns are today. Gravity gun is the one to get. These are the ones paintshops use,for a good gun ,i would use SATAJET.

Depends how deep its pressed into the bumper,you can sand bumpers down , and use some fine filler and use 2 pack primer. Only need plastic welding if there a hole.

You won't blend lacquer with an aerosol, you need spraygun and use a slow thinner(fade out thinner) to do a spot repair.

I was a paintsprayer for sixteen years, and made some good money out of it , but you do need the rite gear,and materials. If using 2pack always use a Air Fed Mask, i gave it up because of Health resons. :( I still do a bit for my self, got use of an Oven so why not. :)

Im going to charge my car and thinking about Intercoolers, would a corrado G60 intercooler be up to the job.They seem to fit nice and neat at the side, don't want to pull the front of the car off to fit one. :?

May be sell my schrick, and get the schimmel manifold. as im taking the 268 cams out anyway, as there to wild for the charger, was going for 248, but vince says for what you gain just put standard cams back. There no rush as the charger not going on till the summer.

Spoke to Vince today and he did say the mapping would be tricky, but said he would do it about £300, as for the pipe work he said go for the metal type pipe. So if the GB goes ahead, which im hoping it does, spoke to Raj to this morning and he said three of us have giving our card numbers, so hope the rest come forward, who put there names down. Kev, where do you get these short runner in take manifolds. May be a GB
