Just received a box full of goodies from Riley, today and would like to give another thumbs up for the service, products and most of all the advice that Neil was only to pleased to give (even tho he does like to ramble on a bit :lol: ). I was really suprised at the size of the tub of Carnuba paste, it will last a lifetime.... looks smaller in the pics. Also the microfibre cloths seem decent quality too, so i just need to pray for a dry weeekend to try all the other products out and get my car gleaming. Cheers Neil :D

Dan_NI, when I first joined the forum I asked the same question and was told Wilbert Fleck, who is just outside Ballyclare. He's a decent small garage who wasn't to hard to pay.... with all VAG equipment. I used him for servicing my last C and he did seem reasonable. I will be booking this C in with him very soon. His number is 02893 320977 Another I was told about was Sandown Motors at Ballyhackamore the old VW Dealership, who are now independant so don't charge dealer prices. As for Motor Factors I use East Antrim Motor Factors for anything I need in a hurry, otherwise I use the net for anything else. HTH godskitchen, might be an idea to organise a border meet and get as many guys together as possible :D say Newry, Dundalk or Drogheda?

Yeah let me know sometime your by Carrick. Have seen a few guys come and go from NI and 2 guys have recently sold up, quite a few from the south who I am sure will make themselves known.

They got fitted to my work van over a year ago, as we where told they reduce the insurance premiums...... already had one van recovered because of the tracker so they do there job...... thankfully my boss lets me do my own hours, but would be interested to know if there is a way to confuse them?

Cheers for the comment Mav3, was out round the North Coast over the weekend for a decent run round some country roads and managed to stop of and take a few pics. Really put the smile back on my face :) Also included a few pics of the Giants Causeway which unfortunately you can't get your car near, otherwise it would be a brilliant backdrop for a few snaps.

After having sold my last 16V just under a year ago to try and find decent G60 or VR6, I have ended up with another 16V :roll: It's in good condition and has a few nice mods done to it, as some of you may have seen it in the for sale section.... so to get me back in a Corrado, I couldnt refuse at the price :) Anyway I'll post the pics up that the old owner had and keep you informed of any mods I decide to do in the coming months..... first one being the removal of the towbar :lol:

Count me in if anything gets moving on the rears too....

VW LT 46 van for work so keeping it Volkswagen, and the C for the rest of the time :)
