Hey belfastfumanchu, no not yet but have my eye on a G60 which is a little over my budget. Trying to scrape the pennies together before the seller gets serious about selling in May, but at this rate i'll have the seats and no cash to buy the car to put them in :roll: Hope yours is still going well for you.

Theres a set local to me, I just got the pic from Ebay, but basically what your saying is virtually all Recaro's will fit in the Corrado providing you have the correct subframe? Not to bothered about them being electric or not..... how often do you really adjust your seat position? Also the reason I dont mind that they don't fold foward, just looking for something a little different that would still look 8)

The seller isn't sure, but he thinks there from a Mk3 Golf.... he could be just telling me that as I told him there for a Raddo. Thought the plastic bit looked different, but it's maybe just cause the don't tilt forward as they are out of a 5 door?

Just wondering will these Recaros fit in a C with the correct sub frame. Are they much different from the cloth Recaro's fitted to Raddo's, despite the fact they are half leather and they don't lean forward :roll: Has anyone any pics of the dark Raddo Recaro's with the red in them?

Last season I was running 9 and 10 turn singles in Off Road racing and I know some of the Touring Cars were running as low as 6 singles :shock: and this year looks like alot of drivers will be going brushless (less maintanence same speed). As for Batteries 4200mAh cells have just been released called Big Mamas :lol: and we are waiting on the 4300mAh cells very soon. I think you can imagine the difference this has :lol:

I don't think I would join the CCGB as like VR6 says I would never get to any of the shows and don't really see that it would be value for money. On the other hand if a membership fee for the forum was requested I would have no problem paying that, as the advice on here would be worth every penny. Both the Forum and the Club should look at pooling resources for the benefit for of the overall scene.

I currently still race RC and have a full garage of cars from electric to nitro. Losi XXX4, XXX, XXXBK2 and JRX-S, also have a GS Storm CL1. Mainly into Off Road and get over to England to race at the Nationals from time to time. Takes up alot of time and money to race seriously, and i am trying to raise funds for my next Corrado, so I think a clear out is on the way.

Looking good mate, she's come along way especially when people suggested breaking it!! Bet you get alot of satisfaction looking at the before and after pics. As said before the rims set it off. -
My advice would be to go for a Sub in the rear and stick to the Components up front, you dont need speakers in the back as you sit up front. Wire up what you have, you might find your happy enough with the sound for now. If your unhappy with the bass look into getting the sub at a later date though.

Had a Focus before my C and will never look back now, but I think i fell in love with the C as my Uncle had a Sirrocco just before the Raddo came out and I remember seeing the it for the first and thinking "I gotta have one of those" All the other points about looks, noise, spoiler ect, and theres also the fact that they are rare, it's nice to have a car that you don't see many off, the reason why we have a Raddo Spotting thread.

I'm with Walesy, i think you'll know by looking at the cars which one you want. But if it was a straight colour choice like you would in a showroom I would choose Red ..... sorry black :lol:
