  1. if i'd have hung about for my fave colour, i'd have gone with Dark grey. As it happens, i've got inka blue and im really happy with it. The depth of colour in different lights is much more interesting than black IMO!

    Angry Corrado

i dont think it suits the rados lines at all.
  3. apparently the rears arent too bad to refit? I'm sure Henny has done one at least?!] himself, you could PM him for more info?
  4. How is that excessive? It's the price of a nut and two blobs of weld. Potentially destroying a socket sounds more excessive to me. Grade A was telling me the other day that thats exactly whatt they do at the phirm. you're not on your own!
  5. Welcome to the forum! C looks sweet, get some more pics up!
  6. 205/40 tyres shoulld sort you out a goodun, bit of stretch means less risk of scrubbing! Drop 40mm if you dont wanna go to low. they should look smart..
  7. That'll be 21 bhp more thankyou very much!! I have deleted the boost return and fitted as rsr outlet, but think the engine is just in fine fettle. There will always be differences between engines of the age, and results at stealth for completely standard VR's ranged from 190-200 ish. Its not impossible to see 200 bhp from an exhaust and airfilter. I feel the first thing to do is get the car fully checked over and serviced by a specialist, such as stealh, and go with their advice from there. There plenty to read up on here, use the search, and if you can find answers to questions, just ask! Btw, welcome to the forum and well done on a cracking buy! Baz.
  8. dragon, you've left your CAPSLOCK on mate!!
  9. hmm, not sure that can quite be classed as a race?!
  10. im sure some of them cant help it, i surely cant  but i do have a JLO ass eww! ill never look at jlo in the same way!!

  12. the only person who respects the inside of my car as much as i do is my mate oly... guess what he drives?
  13. gradeAfailure, i've got a mate on the look out for a set, so if your after a quick buck he may be interested. Main thing to look for is the genuine centre caps, apparently most are aftermarket?
  14. no probs!! and ive set that eagle pic as my new wallpaper!
  15. that C is terrible!! but this is my most favorite worst bodykit ever. I just cant understand why?? its made by a company called http://www.deltastyling.co.uk/ and is the delta 3 kit... there slogan is 'out jappin the japs' got that right boys. :pukeright: :whenssomeonegonnainventachavsmiley?:
  16. Hi posh, If clive doesnt have the tool, pop up to see pipes at cairns rd. He was doing a golf VR the other day. You coul give him a buzz for an opinion anyway? 01179420241 Bazzer.
  17. if you have access to a 4 channel amp, theres no point not running the rears off it too?! personally i would say as before, get rid of the rears. if you have them running of the headunit, when you up the volume they wont be ablel to keep up with the other speakers/sub and all you'll get from them is distortion. If the 4 channel is decent enough, bridge 2 channels for the sub and use the other two for the comps.
  18. what do you mean by this please ? sorry mate, should've been clearer! the boxes on the right of the main page, although the cursor doesnt turn into a hand, they link to the BBM site if you click the mouse. nothing major, just thought you'd want to know. Baz
  19. Steady! Theres a few of those on here.. ZippyVR6 , yup you were one of them mate!
  20. you've made a very good choice with the headunit, couldnt do better for the money. Im in a similar position to you atm with my install. I've just bought a 12" PolkMOMO sub, and ill make a custom install for it, as i want everything along the back of the boot [need the room in the sides so the golf clubs fit!] I'll be buying a decent amp, prob a pioneer or alpine mono, running at 350 rms to power the sub, and have bought a simple alpine 2 way [80w rms per channel] to power the front speakers. [pioneer comps atm, but will upgrade to Audioscape pods& Focals] I'll be removing the rears completely, as theres no need for them. [Try setting your stereo to just play out of the rear speakers, turn it up and see what you make of the sound.] I'm no ICE guru, but have a fair idea what i want to hear!
